Fall is a great time to run in Las Vegas: the weather has cooled down, humidity has subsided, you get to enjoy the great outdoors and you are getting the exercise that you need! - Running is convenient. Invest in a good pair of running shoes and you could run anywhere! Instead of driving to the store, run! Save gas, build energy and have fun with it!
- Running is fun! Encourage your friends to run with you! Ask your spouse to join you for an evening run in the park. Encourage your kids to run with you, this helps build their self esteem and gets them on the right track at an early age. Be an example to your children and expose them to a healthy lifestyle.
